Georgia: The City That's Too Busy To Hate And The City That's
Also Way To Busy To Commute
If you are looking
for information on real estate in Atlanta, Georgia, we have assembled
some of the best resources available to help you with you search.
Please feel free to browse. We will be adding more information
and resources periodically.
Atlanta is naturally
a booming city. Since after the 1996 Olympic Games, people have
been moving to this in drove. As a results, traffic has gotten
very bad. It seems as though the more lanes they add on I-75,
I-85, I-20, and I-285, the worst it gets.
Atlanta has always
been known for its great Southern Hospitality. But more and more,
it is reported in the news about road rage. We definitely worry
of the out of towners will come here and infect the local residents
with their rude attitude.
But good always prevail
over bad. With our good old and hospitable attitude, we will convert
them. Now this is not to single out any group of people or state.
It's just an obsevation. But who knows, maybe we had that kind
of attitude in the first place and now we are showing it. Just
some thoughts to ponder about the city that is "too busy
to hate."
Something else you
might want to keep in mind is that you can will always find more
for your money if you buy real estate outside of the city. You
will be amazed that there lots of little under developed towns
20 to 30 minutes away from the center of attention.
Keep in mind if you
are in Atlanta, you definitely must go to Buckead on a Friday
night. That will give you a good indication of the city's atmosphere.
Buckead is a very rich neighborhood. But just like poverty, wealth
has its own share of corruption.
Although you will enjoy
Buckead and its breath taking real estate, there are also certain
spots you don't want to frequent. Well unless you want to hand
out with a bunch of drunk and pot smokers. Now don't me wrong,
if you look around you will some very classy bars where classy
people hand around.
